Yesterday was election day at Belleville High School! The Van Buren Township Clerk's Office hosted the Belleville High School Student Council Election, where 596 students cast their ballots using official tabulators! Students of age were also able to register to vote, and could apply to work at the next election!

"I think it's important," says Clerk Wright. "It gives students an idea of what's to come when they get involved in the election process."
