2023 Yard Waste Collection Begins Week of April 3

Spring is here, and it's that time again! After this winter, there is still a lot of debris from the storms. The 2023 Yard Waste Collection for Van Buren residents begins the week of April 3rd.

We kindly ask our township residents to follow the bagging instructions.

BRUSH
• Bundles no longer than 4 feet in length and 18" around
• Bundles must not weigh more than 50 lbs.

LEAVES & GRASS CLIPPINGS
• 32-gallon (with yard waste sticker) container or smaller, 50 lb. limit, or
brown paper bags.
• Do not overload bags, and please fold over the tops for easy lifting.
• 30 leaf bags maximum at curbside. 
DO NOT use plastic bags!
• NO sod, fruits, or nuts.
